@abspup has made a thread about mini modding before (sorry for bringing you in cx) but now lately mini modding has been going out of hand. If someone asks if either teaming/exploiting/cursing, please don't reply with something like "It is warnable/mutable, requesting lock [insert staff member here]". I know you are trying to help the server, but if there is a staff member around, let them do their job. That is why they have that rank. If you see someone breaking the rules, report them. Do not give them anything punishment related, it makes them annoy and breaks the rules even more.
For example if someone is in Creative and asks a staff member a question asking for help, please do not answer the question for them. That question goes directed that staff member.
Ex: New member: Kirstree how do I get to my plot home?
Rank: Do /plot home [New member]
Please step back from doing that, staff members also have words to say and punishments to give.

I totally get this. It happens all the time. This is a great thread and I think everyone should think before they type.

I totally agree that mini-modding is annoying, but helping someone that may need help isn't mini-modding, so this isn't really a good example.
Here's an example:

Default: spamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspamspam
VIP: Don't spam.

If there is a staff around while someone is breaking the rules, let them do their job. Report them instead because they will continue to break the rules if you keep telling them to stop.

That's exactly what I do. :p
I don't report much because there's really nothing to report, and by the time I do get to finish a report, I realize that another person had already reported that person.
