It usually takes me a minute to find five emeralds. In that amount of time today, I've only found one. This was going to be long day.Any players highlighted in blue have a forum account. Any highlighted in green don't.

<Jake's POV>
As I trekked through the map, I noticed someone going in the direction of the mountain. I didn't think he was a threat to me, so I looked away and kept going.
In the process, I found an emerald near the entrance to the temple. After I picked it up, I spotted Marisss's name tag, along with Spiderman's right behind hers. I found this a bit suspicious. I decided it was nothing and went the other way. I was picking up an emerald when Alvin came up. "Hey, Jake!" he said to me. "Hey," I replied.
Alvin saw me holding three emeralds. "I thought you would have a gun by now, but I guess not..."
I shrugged. I wanted to tell him I was having an off day, but O didn't really feel like talking.
Then I heard a knife.
I whipped around to the temple.
Marisss's name tag was gone.
So was Spiderman's.
They were probably just crouching. But just in case, I went inside to go gather intel. I saw a body near the entrance.
Marisss's body.
Uh oh. This can't be good.
Taking a deep breath, I walked deeper into the temple.
<Alvin's POV>
As I watched Jake enter the temple, I silently wished him luck.
I had four emeralds. I had no idea where the last one was. I was strolling around near the lake, on the blue glass. I saw Pion near the tree, and Caitlyn in the waterfall.
Everything was normal for now.
Jake probably already had a gun, so I thought I didn't have to worry about him.
I heard a knife. Then a landing arrow sound. I looked behind me to see a knife a block away. I turned to see who it came from.
Spiderman!
I began to run, hiding behind trees every once in a while. When there were no more trees, I knew I had to go in the temple. I hid in a hole, my heart pounding. My breath quickened as he passed by. When he was gone, I exhaled deeply.
"This isn't going to end well," I said to myself.
I climbed out of the hole, and began to climb out of the temple, my heart still pounding inside my chest.
I got outside, and I finally stopped panicking.
That's when I heard another knife.
A stone knife flew through the air and nearly hit Caitlyn. She was running for her life.
I stopped looking and began to think.
Adam and Marisss are dead, leaving seven bystanders.
I had to step up my game.
I walked off, looking for my last emerald.
