Locking Threads

So when people know what do you or their answer has been answered, they would usually lock their threads which means you can't reply or write something. I'm not sure how to do it, please help!

P.S I have been on holidays so i haven't been playing a lot xD

You request a lock from one of the staff members by either tagging them with @ or posting on their profile page.
