Would I be able to see what my first ever application was and what the replies said. I know where they told me it went wrong but I don't wanna have to get into arguments with people.

The reason you aren't able to read comments on your Helper application is so staff can talk around your back, so they can discuss together about your behaviour, and if you would be a good fit in the Helper team, you can of course ask what this person said, but it'll be most likely that they would tell you that this is a private discussion between staff members only.
I'd also like to add that this discussion is truly better for the applicant in that all opinions are being tossed around, not just one person's.
My first application had a lot of issues after surrounding it but could this thread be locked. If an administrator has any other points they could 'Private Message' me if they want.
