Easter Egg Hunt Lag

Hello there, Jedi here and today I have to discuss the Easter egg hunt lag. If you have been on the server today you would know that the Easter egg hunt has come in to action, but by doing so it brought a GREAT amount of lag. On Partyzone I usually have at LEAST 60 fps but with this Easter egg hunt I have only had 30 fps. If you are experienced on minecraft you know that is a BIG difference. If any admins are reading this can you please find a way to make the lag a bit less, well, laggy.

I don't have many Problems with the fps , but I time out every 5 Minutes. I have no idea why , but until 3 pm there wasn't lag for me. It just suddenly started to lag & caused my many Timeouts.

I've been playing minecraft for two years, and I can confirm that this hasn't happen to me on my crappy laptop. I believe it just depends on some things.

I did however time out once and couldn't join back for a few hours.
 
The lag is only very prevalent when there are a lot of people in the Hub due to the Easter Egg Hunt and people not playing games. I haven't really seen it this laggy ever before but I think it will go back down when the hunt is done :)

30 FPS!!!! I struggle to get 20. P.S. The human eye cant see past 60

When the lobby decides to lag, I'm normally trying to double jump, WITCH means, all of a sudden I feel like I'm flying (lagging in air between jumps, but can still move, weird tho) then after the lag today, I would get lunched sky high by all those double jumps going through, that also means, instead of going like 10 feet if the ground, I'm like 30+. Thank god for no fall Damage! (I wasn't flying, it's just when the server lags or breaks, double jumps acts crazy)
 
We are aware of the lag issue and trying to fix it.
There differently will be no more lag when the event is over as the event does cause a large amount of lag.

I think staff Fixed it by clearing entities in the Hub. But it sometimes ticks me off when in disappears..I mean its your choice lag or not getting much of a success on egg hunting...

I don't get any FPS lag, but sometimes there is lag so bad that it's impossible to anything (ex. opening up menus).
 
I dunno whether it's because the amount of players constantly loading chunks is lagging the server or if it's something to do with something else

I'm pretty positive it's from the large amount of players in the hubs rather than games now as well as countless amounts of eggs falling from the sky.
