If i see someone swearing and being rude, should i report it?

Yes. Swearing and being rude are offenses agains the PZ rules, and the users doing said action can be punished by a warning or a mute, depending on their actions. Take screenshots of the events and report them on the User a Reports forum, after filling out a small form of course.
