People have told me about the rank pixelator or something like that on MCPZ and it's said PixelStix is the only one to have it. I was wondering about the requirements. Plz comment.

The rank is called "Artist", I believe. And as the name suggests you should have some level of artistic skill.
I've never seen that rank/player before 
But yeah it's an artist rank, artists draw the logos and art that you can see on teamspeak, the forums, skype, and stuff! I don't think you can apply for it, but if you're good with making logos and such and are interested in working for the server, you can send a message to the owners on twitter.

I'm good at pixel art, does that count? I may be able build what you ask. Also, could you came and see my pixel art? My username is bob222221. I'm on creative plots.
PixelArt isn't what artists make, and we currently aren't looking for pixel art builders.
I'm not perfect, but i'm not terrible. Hard to say. You can come to my plot sometime to see my work of art!
