I agree that staff can a have a real life and it does get busy. The coloured chat I think does stop them from seeing what regular players say as white shows up more than grey making them not see regulars like me much. Also I would like to see more mods on creative monitoring people. I.e Becca_Potato.
 
I think their should be some sort of plugin like how /helpop is, but when you do a command to get help from staff, the staff should have a way to mute the message, until their ready to read it. Just something were staff can help people in the order as received. Kinda like a help ticket. And if you log off, they should be able to answer it if it was a question, and you can read it when you get back on. This can be useful, because if one staff busy, the non-busy ones can help :)

How about you work on getting more helpers, by decreasing your standards a little bit, so everyone can help, and no one will be ignored.

If we decrease our standards even if a little bit. It would get worse than before.

Even if we lower the years or how much you have experience. That is very important because if you have less experience say like only a month or six months. Meaning they might have not experience to all things; especially if you just moderated a small server that would have maybe 10 or 15 people. Which this server has A LOT, like 200-500 come on. That can be very stressful where we want to make sure you can handle it before immediately letting you have the position.

if it was how they reply to the question. We want to make sure they can do the job right or atleast trying to do whats right.

We also want people on the team to get a long, thats how we have a loving and nice friendships or atleast acquaintance with one and each other. No bad feelings and No stabbing/double stabbing/ back talk drama.

AS which we need to figure out the conflict and try fixing it maybe it is just a little or it could be a lot I help everyone on the server if someone is mean I ignore and stop but everyone I treat first with kindness till I get it back but if not there lost

It must be hard trying to handle 200 or so ppl saying things to u every minute

Oh trust me, it is. Playing games was the only break we had unless we got messages - which I don't think we can answer since if they're in Murder. But Creative and Lobby are nightmares for staff who start off busy.
 
I don't understand the point of this thread.
