Hi

I'm quite new here and I've been playing on MCPZ for about 2-3 months now.
Not sure if this post should go under bug reports...

So today, I was just playing normally and I got disconnected.
When I tried to reconnect the error(as mentioned in the title) occurred.
I HAVE tried restarting Minecraft twice, and that didn't work.
Help me :(

I'll update this when the issue's resolved.

When you restarted Minecraft, did you click out of the Minecraft launcher window? Because once that's closed, you can restart it.

Invalid session happens if someone else is on your account (don't get too scared, this is just a possibility), or if you wait a really long time before clicking on the server to join.

This usually happens when I leave it up to much. I just log off the minecraft and make the tab appear again and it fixes.

I get this sometimes, but no one is on my account. It just says
"Invalid Session (Try Restarting Your Game)" but remember restarting your game may require you to close Minecraft, and the launcher. (For those of you who set your luncher to automatically open after Minecraft closes) You may need to do it again. But sometimes you just got to wait for the server to work

If @Midnight9746 's plan dosent work try re-installing MINECRAFT and also install the right bit version bit version of Java at http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp. To find out which version you need first navigate to control panel ( Windows 8: right click bottom-left corner >>>>>> Control panel. Windows 7: click on the start button >>>>>> Control Panel.)
Next you click on system & security and then 'System' see which bit operaring system you have and download the right Java.
Hope I helped!!!

Yep, but I don't think you got to mess with java, unless you uninstall it.
Well, problem solved, thanks everyone! :D
