Creative /nv (Night vision)

Allow users, maybe all, maybe vips and above to use /nv (or /nightvision) to obtain permanent (or long lasting at least, until toggled off) night vision so we can see when we're building in large structures that end up dark easily.

I personally think it’s a great idea, as for working/building underground structures too could be difficult having to drink night vision potions every 5 minutes or similar

personally, this one is useless to me. I have a texture pack that lets me see in the dark.
I like the idea, either way, it could be useful for players who don't have it.
