They're not sexist. They represent their leaders who lead the team they're on, the leaders happen to be female and nothing else.
 
Like ABannn said, it's mainly just a coincidence.
 
Additionally, those are the leaders who were running the teams at the time.

Iruu is the staff manager, making her skin the one for Network staff applications
She is also the build team leader, while the skin on the applications page is the old leader.

Jules was the Discord staff manager when those were created, it is now HelloColdWorld

Llatekate is the community manager of Insights as a whole

It’s not sexism. They were chosen because of their ability to run the teams well, which they do an excellent job at.
