Yes, I'm bringing it back! Some of you might remember this, it's a story that I didn't have the time or energy to finish a long while back. I want to try again! {Don't expect consistency when uploading chapters, I do have a life outside this after all! I also might go on break when I run out of ideas or ask for ideas from you guys, so yeah. Just a warning! Also, not all chapters will be serious or action-packed. I might make beach chapters or going shopping chapters here-and-there to keep it realistic and remind people that they are normal people, and unlike most anime they do other things besides fighting and other drama-related things. There'll still be plenty of drama though c;}

I'm well aware this is a lot to fill out, but I want to make sure your character is the exact way you want them to be in this story, and I also love details!
Also SAA is located in Florida{Random state}, meaning that if your OC is from out of the states for the sake of the story I'll be saying they moved to Florida to go to SAA, either by themselves or their family moved to Florida.
Also, I'll try to make all characters equally important instead of make mine the main character, but I can't make any promises since I do find it easier to write about my character than I do with other characters, 'cause I created him.

What if in this world, everybody had a quirk? A power that makes them unique, and a animal known as a Spirit Animal to fight along their side as their live long companion? In this world, it's exactly like that. You are born with a quirk that doesn't show until the age of 8, once this quirk fully develops you will have to go out on your own in search for your spirit animal. Each person that has a fully developed quirk has a Spirit Animal, a special creature bonded to them that they control, but they have to earn this companion's trust and loyalty first. Each Spirit Animal has a different personality and power of their own, no two Spirit Animals can be the same creature or have the same power. Each person with a quirk has a Spirit Animal already picked for them that has a power related to the persons quirk, but they have to go on a journey to find their companion and earn it's loyalty. Once a Spirit Animal trusts a human, it bonds with that human. The bonding transition lasts a few weeks, but once it is done they are inseparable. There's a school full of people with quirks and companions who go to classes and learn together in order to graduate as heroes and help protect the world from evil. This school is known as SAA, or Spirit Animal Academy. When someone gets a companion and bonds with said companion successfully, they get a marking somewhere on their body that's in the shape of their companion. They say their companions name in order to summon them. When summoned, Spirit Animals appear as a ghost-like version of the animal they display, often seen following around or riding on their human. {Depending on their size the human could also ride them.} When someones Spirit Animal is bonded with them, whenever said person gets hurt their Spirit Animal gets hurt. When the human dies, their Spirit Animal will die alongside them and their marking will fade away. The world ranks people based on their Spirit Animal, if you have a weak or small spirit animal people will make fun of you or beat you up. If you have a strong or big spirit animal people will look up to you and respect you. SAA's goal is to change this hierarchy so that everybody can be accepted, no matter what their Spirit Animal is. However, some people don't like this. The people with higher status don't want to loose their rankings, and so they fight against SAA and plan to kill the students of SAA to prevent them from changing the world. In this world, LGBTQ+ people are discriminated and shamed for being the way they are as well. It's gotten to the point where a lot of people have been disowned for being LGBTQ+. Bullies are at every corner, discriminating those who are different. The people who have weak Spirit Animals and the people who are LGBTQ+ are forced to live in pain, both physical and mental. Are you willing to put your life to danger going to school, in order to save those people from the hell they live in? If you're up for the challenge, SAA is welcoming 12 students into their school. Their spirit animals don't matter. Their quirks don't matter. Their passion and will power is what they're scored on, how willing are they to help the world? How willing are they to save the innocent? Will they risk their lives for it, or will they run away in fear when faced with such challenge?

Personality; Most people misunderstand him as a loner or mysterious type because he doesn't get close to people, but in reality he is just very shy and untrusting of others. He has trust issues, which leads him to constantly be cautious around others. He's a very meek and timid person, who often finds more comfort with himself than he does with others. Despite his trust issues, he is still extremely loyal and would rather take 100 cuts with a knife than let someone else take 1. He is a pushover, he often doesn't fight back against others and gets dominated over too easily. He gets extremely anxious around others, especially if he doesn't know much about them. Due to this, he often keeps his distance, and when someone is too close to him for his comfort he will politely back away from them. He's easily flustered, if he were to stutter or he was complimented he'd blush. Literally anything can make him blush, and when he gets flustered he often squeaks then uses his hands and covers his face in embarrassment. He's a cowardly person, but when it comes to protecting someone, whether they are a stranger or not, he will man up and risk his life for them. He's a extremely kind and caring person, to the point of being too kind. He is often used due to his kindness, but that doesn't stop him from being a nice person.
Backstory; Squeaks' parents constantly told him he was different due to his Spirit Animal and right eye. They rarely let him go out, as they considered him a disgrace and the embarrassment of the family. They constantly reminded him of how ugly he looked, and how much of a freak and a weakling he was. They homeschooled him to keep him out of sight, and lied to people saying they didn't have a child. Due to all the insults and lectures about how he was ugly and different, whenever someone said his name {Geode, Geo} or looked at him, he felt as though he was being judged and that there was no other thing that they could have possibly been talking or thinking about other than how hideous and different he is. This led to him crying whenever someone said his name or looked at him, but he didn't want to block himself off from the outside world because of this fear and began to try to find ways to solve the fear. Eventually, he came up with the idea to wear a mask. He built his mask himself, but only added the LEDS later on when he had saved up enough to buy them. He made it so his Spirit Animal could hide behind his mask when it was scared, as well. He then attempted to go out with the mask on, but he still ended up crying. That's when he figured out that they only way he can go out is if all of him is covered. He began to wear only hoodies in order to cover his torso, arms, and the rest of his head. After he successfully found a way to go out without freezing up and crying, he ran away from his parents. He was only 13 when he ran away, but he learned at an early age that people were very judgmental. He was bullied and beat up, both mentally and physically, for how "Weak" his Spirit Animal is and for being Homosexual. And thus came his trust issues and cautiousness of people.

Spirit Animal's Power; Dreamt Reality. {The opposite of Squeaks' quirk, Flutterfree is able to turn something that is thought to be real into a dream. Examples being attacks or inanimate objects turned into a dream which go right through whatever or whoever it is aimed toward and then goes back to normal. Flutterfree often uses this to protect Squeaks when he is controlling something from a dream, or to protect his teammates / fellow heroes.}

Strengths; Parkour or anything that involves agility he is amazing at. Due to taking gymnastics when he was younger, he is often good at dodging as well as maneuvering over or around objects. He is good at using people's fear against them. He is also good at editing peoples dreams and nightmares, whether it be for the good or for the worst. He's also good at flying, often using flight to his advantage to dodge ranged weapons.
Weaknesses; He's not good at fist-to-fist combat. He's also not good in plains, or places where there is nothing to climb up or maneuver around/over. He also doesn't know what to do when faced against someone who doesn't dream, as he doesn't know their nightmares and therefore doesn't know their fears.
*Immune to?; He is immune in the dream realm, and illusions or anything related to them also have no affect him.

Fears; Being looked at or stared at. He has Scopophobia, which is the fear of being stared at or looked at. The reason why he wears his mask is to cope with this fear, because for whatever reason when he has his mask on he doesn't mind being looked at, but without his mask on he freezes up when stared at and starts to cry. He's a overly sensitive person, and if insulted or made fun of too much he might crack and start to cry.
Likes: He LOVES his mask, it is his most valued possession. He also loves Butterfree, he would do anything to protect her from harms way. He also likes animals, butterflies, pastels, black and white, milkshakes, smoothies, macaroons, and any Fanta drink that isn't orange {Grape, Strawberry, Pineapple, etc}, gymnastics, gliding, flying, climbing and chilling on tree branches, roofs, balconies, and basically anything up high.

He also squeaks in his laugh, the best description someone has given him of said laugh is "You're laugh sounds like if a high school girl giggled at her crush, squeak, more giggles, squeak and squeak." Weaknesses; He's not good at fist-to-fist combat. He's also not good in plains, or places where there is nothing to climb up or maneuver around/over. He also doesn't know what to do when faced against someone who doesn't dream, as he doesn't know their nightmares and therefore doesn't know their fears.
*Immune to?; He is immune in the dream realm, and illusions or anything related to them also have no affect him.
Best habitat to be put in; The dream realm and places with a lot of things to move around / over.
Worst habitat to be put in; Plains with nothing to maneuver around / over, and extremely dark places where he can't see.
Fighter, lover, or spectator?; It depends, he can be a lover, fighter, or spectator at times. Although he's mainly a spectator, often preferring to watch fights and help people out than being in fights by himself.
Fears; Being looked at or stared at. He has Scopophobia, which is the fear of being stared at or looked at. The reason why he wears his mask is to cope with this fear, because for whatever reason when he has his mask on he doesn't mind being looked at, but without his mask on he freezes up when stared at and starts to cry. He's a overly sensitive person, and if insulted or made fun of too much he might crack and start to cry.
Likes: He LOVES his mask, it is his most valued possession. He also loves Butterfree, he would do anything to protect her from harms way. He also likes animals, butterflies, pastels, black and white, milkshakes, smoothies, macaroons, and any Fanta drink that isn't orange {Grape, Strawberry, Pineapple, etc}, gymnastics, gliding, flying, climbing and chilling on tree branches, roofs, balconies, and basically anything up high.
Dislikes: People misunderstanding his shyness with rudeness, people who abuse animals, mean people or bullies, people who take advantage of him being a pushover, people who abuse his kindness, people who say that his butterfly is a weak or useless Spirit Animal, people who discriminate and hurt others for having "Weak" Spirit Animals, people who discriminate and hurt others for being LGBTQ+.

*Extra info; He squeaks when he's flustered or scared, he also has a unusually high-pitched voice, similar to that of a kids. He also squeaks in his laugh, the best description someone has given him of said laugh is "You're laugh sounds like if a high school girl giggled at her crush, squeak, more giggles, squeak and squeak." Hence the nickname "Squeaks".
And also, I don't guarantee that I'll finish this story. I just hope I can think of more ideas and be more consistent with it than I did last time, but please bare with me if I do decide to quit the story again as I will most likely have a good reason! {I do have anxiety so I might quit it out of stress that the story isn't good enough. ; ` ;}

, Oh did I mention Posin was her best friend? No? Oh well he was. Then blah blah blah oh look at that Ly is gay now. Her parents are very religious and very traditional so they don't need to see her closet just yet. Oh by the way Ly dated her best friend, Kai (yes kai is a girl), long story short Kai is also missing woopee. So basically Ly is that typical artsy, gay, edgy, no really 'model child' who pushes people away. Then, boom Ly is 16 and moving to florida, away from her family even though she will miss them, on her own to attend SAA. I really suck at writing Backstories jeez.
