Hi! I recently have been seeing this go around with some people around PartyZone and i wanted to address it, and maybe fix it.

So theres this policy where you cannot post on a thread thats been dead for atleast a week and a half. I obviously know because i have my own story thread, and i also comment on other threads that I read through when im bored. So i have a suggestion:

Make a warning for the forums so that a week or so before the thread owner gets a warning that their thread cannot be commented on in the next few days. Also for people who have been banned for two weeks or so should have their thread "countdown" until shut down be prolonged for their ban. If you want to change a few things just say so

Well, if a thread is dead for a week and a half, somewhere in the code, you can just make it go 'poof.' If it's dead, it's going to get spammed away. I would say just code it to go away, or be none existent within 2 weeks of no activity? Just a possibility. +1

If a thread is dead for two weeks it locks and that is annoying when you hardly have time to update it until the weekend. Overall, I agree with this thread and I hope it gets implemented +1

It's actually two weeks and it doesn't apply on some forums (like the Club Advertisements forum). It's not allowed on some of them because it's necroposting and can be annoying/keep "dead" threads "alive". Neutral until swayed either way.

i mean to be fair it's not always a persons fault if their thread is dead-
