Forums Bug report process access change

Currently the bug reports section at the very bottom shows a selection of the different types of bug reports.
Ex. Not a Bug, Resolved, Processing, confirmed.
I am asking for a simple relocation of this to be at the top or more noticeable. I have just recently found out about this today and I have been on this forum for well quite a while. This would help players who think they are filing a new bug report when there is already one they can access. For a personal note I would like it if the duplicates were removed and placed on the Original posting thread makes going through bug reports and reporting them way easier!

I agree that the bug reports should be somewhere more noticeable so it's there on hand when needed.

I completely agree with moving the bug reports section, as many players don't even know it exists. For the second part, are you talking about whoever deletes the bug report for being a duplicate, to have them copy and paste the text of the report on a comment of the other report?

I am not talking about the placement of the bug reports section sorry if that was unclear. If you hop on into the bug reports section scroll down there is a little box that states thread display options. It has the various options of Not a bug and processing. My suggestion was to move it to the the top to be more noticeable.

For the second part, I seen many duplicates stay in processing I don't know if it changed but I am just throwing it out there not as a actual suggestion. When going through bug reports usually I see 2 or 3 duplicates of bugs. As for the question yes I would like to copy and past the report info to the first report. Could provide more information.

As for what you though I suggested I would agree with this yet in general the whole forum needs a change.

Yes it is (just check heh). Anywho not certain what point you are making or giving off. For that I just wish it to be moved. Its easier than going all the way down everytime you want to find something. Just a simple suggestion imo.

Ah, I read that wrong, that makes a bit more sense. If that’s possible, then that sounds like a nice addition provided that it may take some time due to the small development team we have at the moment.

If you see a duplicate report, feel free to link the original one in a comment and tag a moderator to delete it. On the bug report guidelines it does say that you should be responding to other reports with extra information, however I'm aware many people don't actually read the guidelines so copying and pasting the information onto the original report could be a good idea.

Overall, I'll keep my vote as +1, as I agree with most of what you're suggesting.

Thank you for the support. Its not a important part yet a useful one non the less.

I recently looked at the bug reports area. Most of the ones I looked at are already reported or repeat bugs. I just would like there to be a better management system.

And again just a better looking and ease of access to everything would be a great update for the forums. Apps have gotten better yet everything else is just you know it or you don't.
