Pretty much banned lol

Long story short, I logged onto creative and checked out my abandoned head/item shop and there were several chests that made you disconnect when opening them, and they were labeled special items, which consists of items that had perks and enchants. Well anyways after attempting to open those chests for a good 5 minutes, my idiot self thought it would be a great idea to break the chest, and now whenever I try to log onto creative I get disconnected, making me basically banned on creative.

Well I mean, if you had those crash items then you should've been banned anyways, so... Yeah.
 
You're not banned, you should try asking a staff member to reset your player data to be able to get onto ont server which would help.
Even if you had crash items unknowingly it wouldn't be a ban, mostly a warm and them being cleared.

I'm not saying I'm banned, just that the situation is very similar to being banned.
