I am now officially leaving, I said I was leaving like around 2 months ago but I secretly came back, now I am leaving for the same reason as @Turtlehh, you promote staff quickly, it's also rather odd how amazing staff members don't get promoted as quickly as they should be.

As I said on Turtlehh's post, you're not around every staff member 24/7. Staff members generally don't get promoted unless there's a good reason for it. I know it sounds crazy, but the higher-ups do actually know how to run a Minecraft server and what qualities they need to have in their staff.

I just think this is a very silly reason to leave the server. But if you truly feel you need to leave, then I wish you the best in whatever comes.
