Why do staff get perks because they are staff, you are literally basing age off of perks, it should be if you have VIP you get those perks and the powers that are needed to moderate, not emotes like /oof

Same to all the other ranks, you may say "They are staff and they are helping the server" that is not my case, they never agreed to gain anything, now they have E+ perks when they only spent like 14 pounds, meanwhile we, the players spent way to much for the stuff we are given.

Sorry for this but shouldn't @Desertmeadow have Developer, if she is the manager of the community that's technically developing the community, not coding it, sorry if I am mistaken.

First off, some perks are only given to staff for testing reasons. For example, /plot merge had a ton of bugs that could have been avoided with staff testing them, so it's been decided that staff will occasionally help out with that, instead of having tons of players complain. For commands like /oof, I'm not sure the reason behind it.

I believe staff have E+ perks because of the way the rank system works; because helper/moderator is above Elite+, it therefor gets the perks of Elite+. As well, staff need things like world edit for moderation purposes, not just building (for example, fixing a grief). I've just assumed it works that way as why else would we get the perks that the lower ranks also have?

The developer rank goes to those who code for the server, and not the CM(s). Community Managers lead the Insights team and other things related to managing the community. They are not coding things for the server and therefor are not developers. Though the word "developer" may fit in that case, it's not what the rank actually is.

Okay, yet I did state the "Permissions that are needed" which matches for word edit, I believe it should be under staff abuse for using it out of reports, just my view.

Also maybe put a bug testers team into place.

Though, you don't know if the staff member was originally an Elite/E+. I don't see an issue with staff having these perks; how can they abuse something like world edit or having extra plots?

I just disagree with if you are a certain age and your personality is fine, you get free perks?

That made no sense! Plus I am completely selfless!

I'm saying, why should staff members get perks for helping out the server, they didn't agree to perks I know that because my account lets be apply and it states nowhere that you should get features, the more succesful servers agree with me.
