Why would we need this?
How would this help the server?
What would the difference between the two ranks be?
What would be the jobs of the rank?
Overall, could you please explain a bit more into this?
"Sr" or "Sir" is an abbreviation for "Senior". There are also many definitions of "Senior". The best definition to fit Senior Moderator in this context is either "holding a high and authoritative position" or "holding a higher position than". This basically means that Senior Moderators have more experience than Moderators and the "Senior" in Senior Moderator makes that appropriate for what they've accomplished on the staff team and network as a whole. Making it "Mrs" would only help players acknowledge they are female, which isn't really much of an issue on the network (players knowing whether a staff is female or not).
I cannot think of a beneficial attribute this suggestion offers nor have I seen any female Senior Moderators complain about this. It may just confuse new players and cluster tab. I am willing to hear more explanations that may support this idea, but if it is just a minor name change I will be respectfully voting -1.
So I assume that "Mrs Mods" would be for "female" Senior Mods. So what about Senior Mods that don't identify as female or male, like non-binary or gender-fluid?

@Tommy :( and @Am3Ii4h You're spamming everyone's notifications with negative ratings. Perhaps you could explain why you disagree instead of spamming us? I'd be willing to listen. And, remember, the number of "I disagree" ratings you've given shows up on your profile.
This isn't necessary, guys. Thanks for the suggestion, but Sr. means Senior, not Sir. And the current PartyZone staff clearly don't mind the lack of "Miss Mods" in the team, or else they'd be voicing the suggestion.
Why do you think there should be Mrs Mods, @Tommy :( and @Am3Ii4h? To confuse players? To, in effect, seperate people based on their gender? And who would be higher, Mrs Mods or Sr Mods? If Sr was above Mrs Mods, some people would class it as sexism. If Mrs was above Sr Mods, some people would stay stuff like "The feminists are taking over"
In conclusion, stop spamming our notifications and maybe tell us your actual opinion. Start a debate with us, I'd prefer that.
Edit: I'm pretty sure Tommy said they gave it "should implement" just because no one else did, so erm... What?
Sr stands for senior, not Sir. Let’s say it stood for Sir, what would the benefit for this be? Nobody had any problems of this in the past, so I don’t see the problem of this now?
