Basically if you do mean that the tptoggle shouldn't apply for friends then I will have to stay neutral, few people would support the fact that absolutely noone will be able to teleport to them or they're busy and if a friend starts spamming them with requests there's no valid reason to why tptoggle would be needed. And on the plus side if you have a rank and want a friend to teleport to you, you will always be able to do tpahere. For my opinion on this to change I'd really appreciate if you could elaborate the suggestion and explain it properly that all of us have a better understanding to why this would be needed, a part where I can see this would be helpful is if you want a friend to teleport to you but not random people and if you're a YouTuber to avoid teleport requests from people who are not on your friend list.
