somewhere...?
okay so i have been thinking about this so much recently.

Accents over the internet are impossible? Like, Im american so i read every post and stuff in an american voice, but most of you are canadian or british or australian and I have no idea. Thats just so weird to me.

Like I was reading something on here earlier today and i didnt realize they werent american until they used the word mum.

It makes me feel so weird inside to think that i have no idea where you guys live or what accent you have. Its also odd to think that i might sound australian or British to other people.

So yeah just wanted to share that mind blowing thought.

I have noticed stuff like this too, just makes me laugh at how surprising the internet can be. I often will ask questions in a british accent for some reason, irl, and type mum just to annoy my girlfriend.

It depends if I'm in the mood or not,
If I just happen to be using a british/french or something accent
pOOF
I use that as me  voice thing
Normally though it's like some narrator or something-

Canadians don’t have accents, well. . . Most. The area with accents are Ontario Quebec and New Brunswick
Everyone has an accent, and Canadians are no exception.

Generally, Americans (they have accents too!) say Sorry, like Sah-ry, and Canadians often say it like Sow-ry. We say out like Ow-t, but you guys often say it like Oh-t.

No we don’t do that well most of us
Clearly some of you don't, just as there are different dialects to every language. But I've been going to Canada for vacation for pretty much my whole life, and that's how I've heard it said. Just because you and the people you know don't say it that way doesn't mean other Canadians don't say it that way.

And that's also why I said "Canadians OFTEN say it like"

Not "Canadians ALWAYS say it like"

:]

I think it's kind of fun when I imagine things in accents. The internet is interesting in that way lol

I'm from the US but I have a British-Australian accent, and it's quite odd because people always believe I'm foreign, or that I'm fully an Aussie.

I can't say I imagine accents over the internet, but hearing people do it is entertaining.
