Lets just face it, any ELITE new to ELITE Survival, leaves upon joining. There are two reasons for this:
1. The area around spawn looks griefed.
2. Barley anyone is on.
Those aren't the only reasons I'm suggesting a map reset. There are way too many bugs on ES. Maybe when a reset happens, a lot of people will talk about it, and someone will FINALLY respond to ES Bug Reports.
Again, when people hear about ES's reset. It will attract more people. Which means, it's more fun for players who play it. It also means for those of you who cant get on creative because its full, can now join creative. It could mean more money for Party Zone. When they hear about survival, they will buy Elite and join the server!
Corrupted chunks are another thing. When you accidentally build on them, a staff member has to remove it. Resetting the map will remove all of the current corrupted chunks. Maybe update ES to 1.12 or 1.13 so there are not as many corrupted chunks?
Now there is one crucial reason why people don't want a map reset. Their builds will be gone. Yes, Elite Survival has quite some impressive builds there (Not at spawn). Maybe allow them to save their builds to their files somehow. Or import/export it to creative.
A lot of people are saying no to updating ES to 1.13/1.12, because it will decrease the players. You can still do cross versions. As creative is with 1.12. Right now ES is in 1.8, but people from 1.12 can still join. You could update it to 1.12, and still have cross versions alike creative.
That's pretty much it, here are suggestions for ES, if you reset it or not:
* Update it to 1.13 or 1.12. There are more blocks available for us to build with, and there are less bugs.
* Add the silk touch spawner plug in. It's very inefficient to have build a grinder around a spawner, and having to set a home there.
* Respond to the ES bug reports!

t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶s̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶. ̶C̶a̶n̶c̶e̶l̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶/e̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶o̶r̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶l̶o̶c̶k̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶b̶u̶t̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶'t̶ ̶f̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶u̶l̶l̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶a̶.
* Make it less glitchy for cross versions. Players appear in different areas when riding a minecart and horses/pigs.
* Do not add a /wild so ES doesn't end up looking griefed EVERYWHERE.
* A̶d̶d̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶p̶. ̶A̶d̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶p̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶h̶e̶l̶p̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶y̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶w̶h̶o̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶e̶g̶a̶ ̶b̶u̶i̶l̶d̶s̶, ̶g̶e̶t̶ ̶r̶e̶s̶o̶u̶r̶c̶e̶s̶ ̶e̶a̶s̶i̶e̶r̶. (Adding a shop wont make it survival anymore).
