Hey, as the leader of the Community Feedback team I’m putting out another suggestion I’ve heard from others (outside of forums) to get feedback on. Today’s suggestion came from a discussion in our PartyZone Insights Team, and was sparked by @_StrawberryMocha_ . However this suggestion has been made elsewhere a few other times including this thread. Without further ado...
BlockParty Parody
This game is simple yet fun; it's the kind of game you can play over and over mindlessly while talking to your friends, but it's also competitive and exciting.
Gameplay -
*Colours and patterns vary by round. Image provided by @_StrawberryMocha_ .
The map will most likely be larger, but size may be determined by how many players are in the game (when it begins).
Where could this game be added?
I imagine this game would fit best in the current "Arcade Games" section of PartyZone. Most of the games there are quick and simple to learn how to play, just like this one.
This idea is *not original*
...and I fully understand this. This is clearly inspired by BlockParty (as shown in the thread title), a game from another network. This game (or similar) is on many other networks as well. This isn't some new breakthrough concept for a game, and most likely was inspired by another video game, a smaller network, or something the creator played outside of video games. There are lots of games where you just have to move your player or cursor to the right place in time, some even as simple as this website. It isn't a rare gametype, and most servers have something similar. At least it would be familiar to the player base.
Regardless, if you still think we need to be original, say so below!
Hey, if you've read this far...
...suggest a game name!
Have you seen someone else suggest this and I didn't link it at the top? Link the thread below and I will add it.

In this game, you will receive a colour in your hotbar (the colour is the same for all players), and you must run to the corresponding colour on the ground. The timer counts down and at the end all colours on the floor, expect for the colour in your hotbar, disappear. If you are standing on the right block you are safe, but if you didn't make it in time you fall and are eliminated. Rounds get shorter each time; last one standing is the winner.
Using the image below... [example]
If you received light blue stained clay in your hotbar, you would run to a light blue patch of the ground [ex. far right corner ↙]. Those who are not on one are eliminated at the end of the round/timer.
If you can think of fun ways to spice it up, let me know underneath!
