Max and Raven began walking Right from the beach, and the first thing they came across was a long bridge.
"Did anyone go across it?" Max looked along the bridge. The only thing that was visible for a while was another island. The bridge seemed to go on forever.
"I saw Sora cross it. He said he'd cross it and see what was on that island, but if it's as big as this island, he said he'd come back and talk to us about it." Raven looked over the bridge aswell.
A figure appeared over the horizon of the bridge. It began to run.
"Is that Sora?" Max looked at Raven.
"I think so..." Raven walked closer to the firm, wooden boards of the bridge. Sora stopped running once he came close to them. Max walked up to the two of them too.
"So, you woke up, then?" Sora tilted his head at Max. "I'm Sora, then.. You?"
"Oh--! Max Gunderson."
"Max, then. Ok. I need you both to tell Alteca to meet in the park on the other island once this one is explored. We can gather there. It'll be easier. Thanks."
Sora had began to walk off. Max looked at Sora's back as his figure got smaller as he walked back across the bridge.
"...Man of few words?" Max laughed.
"Is there a word for less than 'few'?" Raven laughed back. "He's the Ultimate Gamer. I can't tell whether it's surprising or unsurprising."
The first place they came across was a large farm, with a large barn and animals.
"A farm?" Max looked over the fence. Raven walked through the wooden gates and began walking over to two girls who were visible, looking over the fence at a pen of chickens.
"Chiaro, Kaya, Hey!" Raven waved at them, smiling. Max ran up to them too.
"Oh, Max, you got to know Chiaro and Kaya properly in the class, right?"
"Other than your names, no, sorry.."
"Oh, don't worry about it. ...We all didn't get to talk properly in the classroom anyway. I'm Kaya Fern.. I'm the Ultimate Model."
"..And I'm Chiaro Harkness. ...Did Raven tell you that I can't remember..."
"Yeah, she did.. I can't remember either. ...That makes four, right?" Max counted theirself, Raven, Chiaro, and Etsuko.
"It's not much to go on, but since there's more than one of us, at least one of us isn't getting singled out." Raven leant over the fence and looked down at the chickens.
"...Huh? What do you mean?" Kaya looked at Raven, Confusingly.
"Oh! I meant that, you know, maybe if there was just one of us forgetting a talent, they'd get singled out.. be thought of as suspicious, y'know?"
"I think I get what you mean." Chiaro smiled. "Yeah.. It feels a lot better. Being in a group with people I can relate to in this situation."
All of a sudden, Alexia zoomed past the outter fence of the farm.
"Oh my god-" Raven lifted herself up off of the fence.
"...There she goes.." Chiaro laughed. Kaya ran to the outer fence to see if she could stop her, but Alexia zoomed past the gate before Kaya got there.
Raven and Max left and continued walking to the next location.
The next location they found was a large place with smaller buildings and one large building, which looked like a modern hotel but with rooms separate from the main building. Max and Raven pushed open the main gates to this location and stepped inside. Once inside, they heard the slamming of a door. Looking to their left, they saw Kanna, who looked completely ecstatic. She ran over to Max and Raven, bursting with anticipation.
"I-It's like a 5-star hotel!" Kanna smiled, her eyes glistened from excited tears, "W-We've all got a room!" Kanna breathed a huge sigh of relief for getting her words out. She then promptly ran back to her room, and slammed the door. Max and Raven looked at eachother, as if waiting for something to happen, and yes, it happened.
[Insert Kanna's excited screech here]
Max and Raven walked around the pool area to the two buildings. A larger building, and a more wooden building. Outside of the moderner building, beside a patch of flowers, was Niji.
"...Oh, Raven!" Niji smiled at Raven. They both walked over to Niji.
"Did you know the Iris Flower has about 260 to 300 different species..?"
"No, I didn't. They're my favourite flower." Raven smiled at Niji and bent down to have a look at the patch of flowers.
"Iris flowers?" Max looked at the purple flower Raven and Niji were looking at.
"Oh! You must be Max.. I'm Niji Sutoraiku. I'm the Ultimate Genius." Niji smiled at Max. Max smiled back contently. "The others are inside, Etsuko and Whisp are in the lobby, and I believe Luna is upstairs in the resteraunt."
"Resteraunt?" Max looked at Niji. "...There's a resteraunt?"
Max opened the doors to the lobby. Raven followed behind them.
"Glasses-Person and Hoodie-Girl!" Etsuko and Whisp pointed and shouted in unison.
"Hey Etsuko, Hey Whisp. You met Max, right?"
"Yes, Whisp met Glasses-Person!"
Max smiles at them. "Max".
"Whisp and Etsuko both talk in third person. They've been giving people names like that since we got here. Gray thinks it's based on how we look, act, or seem. But I don't know, because Etsuko called Gray creepy and Whisp called him Senpai..."
Max looked at Raven in complete disbelief and proceded to say "...Do you know what senpai means?"
"No.."
Max whispers into Raven's ear. 'Love interest.. but deeper than that'
Etsuko and Whisp took no notice of them. They generally kept pointing and touching random things such as arcade machines located in the lobby. At one point Whisp pulled one of the beer dispensers on the bar and it sprayed all over the counter, yet she simply proceded to taste it and whisper "Whisp likes sweet tea better.."
"So.. Etsuko doesn't remember her talent either.. so what does that make Whisp?"
"According to Niji, she's the ultimate Worrywart. 'She takes peoples feelings into consideration before her own and puts her friends before herself.' ...Or atleast that's what Niji said."
"Ultimate Worrywart..? I didn't think there'd be one of those..."
"Neither did I." Raven shrugged. They walked up the stairs.
Further up the stairs, coughing could be heard.
Raven and Max hopped up the stairs slightly quicker to see what the coughing was.
"Hey, are you O-" Max looked over at who was coughing.
Luna.
Coughing on.. coffee.
She rubbed her mouth and screamed,
"The coffee here is disgusting! What the hell do they brew it with, dirt!?"
She turned around and looked at Raven and Luna. Raven kept a smile on her face, even though Max looked at her and could tell she was dying to laugh.
"...W-Why did you sneak up on me like that!? You shouldn't do that... Idiots!"
She stormed off through the side exit.
