As this is a idea I would love to have yet the kits are a no no I have been on a server where donors could 1 shot non donors and donors would group up. I somehow killed a donor once :D. Still maybe it's a progression thing where you get 10k and you unlock a kit and so on and donors get extra money from the start yet they lose that after a while. Crate stuff is a little over powered maybe just one donor key that is a called a rare key and it's once every week or so.

As I would prefer if prison was a thing before factions yet just factions is ok I guess too... I love prison, grinding is fun.

I like the idea as I am a fraction person but keep getting bored of it after a while. Just some things with how donors get too much and giving too much may make lower ranks not want to play.

Trust me Elite survival isn't devalued at all. There is no limit here while elite survival it only has vanilla stuff not extra stuff and as said before anyone can make a server and make it whitelisted. As well elite survival is all about survival and what ever boring stuff happens on their anymore and fractions is about raiding, building, and growing.

Agreed, the perks I mentioned do seem a little over-powered looking back on them, I'll change that up now.

My apologies dearie, I just read this part and I'm glad that you understand how I used to feel. I'm apologizing because i was about to make a shady comment about you being "against unoriginal gamemodes", but then again I enjoyed factions on servers I played, I just wish there was more variety here.
I've got nothing against unoriginal gamemodes tbh, but I just found it strange that someone who is normally not in favor of them-
Okay you get the idea, I'll just go straight into the suggestion.

I know that the donors pay money, but keep in mind that they're DONOR ranks. It's donating for the server, but you get the rank to show that the server appreciates your donation. that is why theyre donation ranks. That's the real meaning, but people feel that they should get something out of donating which is 100% understandable, hence the generous perks.
I'm going to be honest and say that I think that it may be a bit too generous. Maybe take out a couple of things, not too much though, keep in mind! I've not got suggestions on what to take out, but it's up to you if you decide anything.


she doesnt have to answer. She was simply saying she doesnt want this suggestion and didn't want to get reeled into the discussion, so she just used the rating like were supposed to if we've got nothing to contribute to the discussion.
I'm usually not in favor of smaller, unoriginal gamemodes (usually minigames), but larger ones, like creative, I feel are better un-original. However, I have somewhat changed my opinion on that as well.

As said above, I will change up the perks and things as they do seem OP.

I was just asking if they had anything to contribute, because just voting -1 without saying anything isn't very constructive.

oH I must have messed that up when I was changing the prizes, I'll go fix that.
I was trying to make the ranks a little more equal in terms of donator crates, however I will put two keys for Elites and E+s.
 
Im a very hardcore fan of factions with the reasoning of raiding/pvping

Though in Elite Surivial you are not allowed to grief/raid would you be allowed to do so in Factions (your version of factions)

Yes, griefing and raiding is part of the main point of factions.
 
I like the idea and all but... the whole “3 months and everything they love will be destroyed” kinda thing is too far. If someone is banned for about 3 months for some reason they will come back to absolutely nothing. The clearing everything from everywhere is very harsh and unnecessary. Everything else sounds great though!
 
To be honest, I haven't read all of Minecraft's EULA. What I do know is that they aren't particularly fond of servers giving competitive advantages to players who pay more money, because then servers would become pay-to-win. I think this mostly applies to items that default ranks wouldn't be able to obtain unless they purchased a rank. That's why I suggested creating a way for players to purchase the land-claiming perk. Then, you could probably put that in-game currency in the ranked crates as a possible item drop. That should still be okay with the EULA because the in-game currency is still obtainable for everyone.

Like I said, I don't know everything about it, so I'd suggest reading up on it if you have some time.
Just to clarify the confusion,

The Eula states things have to be given via ranks and higher ranks perked higher. If they are individually sold and not sold in ranks it will violate the no pay2win eula. But until they are given in ranks it's perfectly fine.

I agree 3 months is a little too short of a time - possibly instead, 6 months - a year, depending on what you/others think. That would prevent those with a long ban from losing their stuff - but would prevent players who have decided to leave the server's land from just sitting there.
