I think this command could be abused, but we should not only limit it to ranked players. Receiving assistance from a staff member (possibly) quicker shouldn't be a perk that comes with a rank. For example, a non-ranked player could have been with the server for a long time and could be very mature, but not able to purchase a rank, and a ranked player could be very immature and not know about the server. I think someone had said something about creating a section in the forums to apply to get this feature (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't have a great memory), but players could easily lie on that. It would also add another job to the staff's list, and many players wouldn't get a response for a while.
As said above, what would this be used for? In creative, we have /report, and if there is a staff member online, they should reply to your question if you ask in global chat. For other parts of the network, you can easily do /staff and /msg a staff on the list. Messaging other players in pre-game lobbies in murder is already a confirmed suggestion, so players could just wait until the rounds over (if they can not record), and if they can record, they can just submit a user report on the forums.
