She resigned for a reason, you can't make her apply again. As sad as it is when a staff member leaves the staff team, it's not worth crying over. If you think I'm being rude, then go ahead and feel that way, but I'm saying it how it is.

I'm sad she's gone but on a relative topic i agree with Tyler. For the record also, being staff is a huge responsibility. You can't just make her apply again as much as we might have liked her as staff....
SO I just found out birdsongs wasn't a part of the staff team anymore and I know what you're thinking:
'WHYYY SHE WAS MY FAVORITE STAFF!!!' or...
'WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS GREAT STAFF, SHE WAS JUST HERE FOR LIKE A WEEK
or let's say you don't know her:

It's good to know someone who appreciates the behavior of just saying things like how it is
if someone resigns, it is generally for a good reason. you can want them to be staff again but begging or trying to force them back into being staff is pretty... rude, i'd say. we don't know birdsongs's reasonings for resigning, and if they want to be staff again theyre the only one who can make that decision.

Forcing someone to apply again is definitely not okay when they made a conscious decision to resign. If they resigned, it's probably to focus more on mental health or real life. Things way more important than Minecraft. Instead of being upset that she's gone, I think it's best to wish her luck in the future in whatever she wishes to do. 
Plus, she could always come back if she wanted to. But that's completely her choice.

You can’t force someone to reapply, nor can you force them to ask if they may rejoin. It’s not fair on the player, things come up in life, and sometimes we change and don’t necessarily want to go back to certain things. I’m sure Jes enjoyed her time as staff, but honestly we can’t force her to reapply. That’s her decision....

You don't need to leave just because other people think you were wrong about something... That doesn't seem very mature to me. It's your choice, though.
