Rejected /kill

Apparently here.
A very basic suggestion, allow users to /kill after they have been alive for a minute. This prevents /kill spamming, while also allowing people to escape the pitfalls of these glass based maps, because seriously please help I've been stuck in the central reactor for at least 5 minutes now. (kidding of course, the game ended, but seriously, that game took about 15 minutes)

I believe this command would be abused, for example, if a player was about to be killed they would probably do /kill to prevent the other person from moving up a tier. However, if we added something that only allowed users to do /kill after a minute with no pvp, yes, this could be possible.

Simple fix - add a combat log. If they've been attacked in the past 30 seconds or so, make it so they can't do /kill. Or make it so they can only use it every 4 minutes or so.

I'd personally say no more than 2 minutes, as getting trapped can happen frequently, but when it doesn't happen often in a game, the game can go really fast (4 minutes tops, most of the time)

Or just make maps that don't have random spots where players can get stuck.

Also a good idea, I want this solution to be complete before hand, but freak accidents did happen, even in the old downgrade. I still think the suggestion should pass, just incase

Yeah, I agree on that.
 
I personally feel this would work well, with the combat log time which was suggested above as well.
 
Yeah, there should definitely be a combat log time. I could definitely see people using /kill to avoid giving another player a point. I would suggest making the no-combat time around 45-60 seconds because if it was much longer than that, players would lose valuable time being stuck.
