So this is definitely going to be deleted seeing as i'm talking about some people. after a week of visiting, i've noticed a surplus of youtubers. Which isn't bad at all as some of them are actually reall cool, however theres a downside. A lot of them have around 2,000 subs. And yes it's to give us publicity, however having bad youtubers doesn't give us a good message. And i've noticed they're incredibly rude or stuck up. I want to take it here not a report because technically I have no solid evidence. It's just stories and things people brought up. I feel as though because certain people have the youtuber rank they feel entitled and worth more than the average player. One youtuber has even asked a player to build a plot for them, told them it looked ugly and made them redo things. And yet the person still puts up with it because they're a "youtuber" idk about you but that's not okay. If we're going to have people represent pz, as controversial as it is, I believe no one is represented by the actions of some of these "youtubers ." And I just wanted to bring it to attention. Even if one person notices this post i'm making an impact because I've even noticed staff members being annoying by them. They act like they have more power than some of our mods and blatantly disregard our rules etc. They also abuse some of their commands like nicknames, or broadcast. It's quite annoying. Anyway see ya in the deleted section

I do agree on his motion, they did tell me that my build was bad and it actually was really rude. Like I worked really hard on it and they just told me I was bad. Like they didn't spend hours or days making it. Some of them just make others build for them and I get that, but like don't call mine bad if you can't build yourself.

While I know that this will be deleted, I agree. I've talked to a few youtubers (not gonna say who) but they haven't exactly been the nicest. This obviously is not to "throw shade" it's to raise awareness.

I agree. I will admit Party Zone isn't what it used to be anymore. It had respectable names, "big" names to represent them. I do believe its great that Party Zone even has a Youtuber rank to make these people feel kinda famous in a way. But i do not agree with them using their commands to abuse and tell everybody how much better they are. I have not experienced any rudeness from these "Youtubers" but I have been ignored and talked about behind my back. No I do not have any screenshots so you do not have a proof but I do think Party Zone should be careful who they give the youtuber rank to. But if these youtubers were to change their attitude a bit then maybe they would actually deserve their rank. <3

Does anyone think to respond back their thoughts? THinking they are better? Is that wrong- to respond back?
Also, would having an interview- such as when wanting to become helper- help? Wouldn't there want to an equal amount of thought into who we want to represent PZ, such as when staff is added? An application for having such a rank?

yeah sure ig, it could be just a rank.

Just curious. :p

I'm gonna wait out a little while, see how long term this effects the player count before siding too far on either side, but right now I am noticing a large list of YT's. Never actually had comms with one, so I wouldn't know if they are actually like this, but if any of this is actually true, I am not quite sure how good of a future I see here.

However until some proof is released, I'm going to remain hopefully optimistic here. Because what good would bagging on new stuff without anything to back it up do?

It's nice to have the server getting more attention, but we have to hope they pull in more people for now. They aren't the tidal wave of many years ago, but it's not a necessarily bad system until an abuse happens, and we know it happens instead of just a few claims...

I can go back and forth with myself all day on this, but lets expedite the process by saying: while there is some pros, and potentially many cons, we must remain hopeful that the staff team does the right thing in case of an abuse.

Yes, an interview would be great. You should suggest that, because it would eliminate some of the rotten apples. <3

My friend sent me a screenshot of multiple YouTubers in the lobby cursing which is obviously against our MCPZ rules. They got in trouble, of course. Some YouTubers are rude, while others are nice. For example, @KrizzTaker is very friendly. A few friends and I played in the lobby with him during the 2017 Easter Hunt Event. YouTubers can't even join the extra slots a Murder game has which are for VIP's and up so I do not know why some of them act like snobs. Not all of them do, but there are bad apples. I once noticed a YouTuber being rude to a default player. If you ever see a YouTuber breaking the rules, report it. All in all, I agree with what you stated in your thread, Amore. ;)

My point also has a flaw though: If we wait too long, there may be irreparable damage to the player base. This is worst case scenario, but...
 
It's incredibly rude what some of them have said, from what you have told, but you need to report it if this happens. Staff will deal with it if it gets reported to them, because otherwise they don't know it's happening. I do agree that there could be an interview for this sort of thing, like there is with Helpers.

Additionally, you can't get mad at them for not getting a reply from them if they talk to you. It happens a frequent amount of time with nearly all YTers, they get spammed a lot in chat so it's easier if they don't reply. You shouldn't get angry at them for not responding.

lol if it was me I’d stand my ground. Don’t let people think they’re better than you so stand up for yourself if you wish. well that’s what I’d do by roasting em but yk

Yes, I agree 100% Especially cause I know you've been spammed many times and it's impossible to respond to everyone <3

Just because you promote the server, it doesn't give you a "Free Bully Pass", like they need to grow up already
