Retiring Staff?
We've all gotten news of @Gaurav1234 buying the server from @gigosaurus. We, Crafty Creativity, think most staff retired of this reason. We highly recommend applying for staff, as we, can not. We have too much work on our hands. Go on, help the server! You're most likely to apply. It's now or never!

We post negative things so people on here can support us, most likely because we need cheering up or we're nervous, need reassuring, or we really need someone to talk to, but some sadly dont get the support they need irl so they post it here so we can support them

To be fair, if you're not willing to take on any sort of feedback from someone, regardless of whether it's offending you or your project, it can be viewed as you ignoring other's opinions which you could possibly benefit from.
If you want to make people happy and progress your project(s), listening to the people who view them may make a huge difference. c;
Just a thought though.

That isn't feedback lol. Feedback is something directed toward your project/ideas to make it better.

If you're hurt/offended by someone saying "leave" you have every right to report them, however, whether they be punished or not is up to the staff member dealing with the report.

Spoiler: Examples

EXAMPLE(S):
Player1: I'm going to be creating a build battle competition in creative!!
Player2: Umm.. we already have one of those on Saturday and Sunday every two weeks??
Player1: YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS NOT WELCOMED!
That isn't feedback, that's someone stating a fact.

Player1: I think PartyZone should make a Build battle party game!!
Player2: I don't think this is a good idea because we already have one of these every two weeks in Creative - maybe you should think of other perspectives that involve building, such as build swap!
This is a sort of feedback that can be taken on and used to improve your suggestion.

Not being rude, but you seem to be confused with genuine feedback and people's opinions. Don't try force people to agree with your ideas, be open to statements that contradict parts of your suggestion/idea/project because that's what makes it best.
