Self explanatory. Let me explain why.

Let me just say first that I really like SAO and enjoyed it a lot aside from the Fairy Dance arc. The following judges the whole series, seasons 1 and 2.
  • Poor characterization.
  • Poor game design.
  • Poor script.
  • Plot holes.
  • Horrible pacing.
  • No stakes.
  • Cheesy romance.
  • Overuse of fanservice
  • Kirito's bad English voice acting
  • Uninteresting and stupid villains.
  • OP Kirito and Asuna.
Good things about SAO?

  • Very good first episode.
  • Strong premise.
  • Interesting.
  • Enjoyable.
  • A few stand out Sakuga moments, with solid art.
  • Mother's Rosario was strong, a few flaws but definitely better than anything before it.
  • The music is freaking amazing.
  • Beautiful background art.
Overall 6.5/10 if we count how much I enjoyed it, but in terms of quality 4/10
 
I haven't watched all of SAO yet but it's a decent anime in general.

I feel kinda offended. Even if it does suck? SO what? It's a TV Show. It's hard to produce a really cool anime on television. But still, it's a really detailed anime

I've never watched Sword Art Online, honestly. Anime isn't really my style. I do know the premise of the show, though, and it seems like an interesting concept. Because of my lack of watching the show, I don't really have an opinion about it. Honestly, though, if there's English voice acting, that certainly helps in my book.

I hate SAO so much js,,,,
Like all over my discover feed on insta was SAO when the movie came out, which was super lame. And guess what,the main protagonist is a whiny teenager that lacks actual intelligence, how wonderful!! I tried watching it for the fights but it totally got over shadowed by the terrible romance. It was only episode 6?? There's two giant seasons and they take six episodes to develop a romantic relationship. Later his sister falls in love with him?? Its a harem now??? At that point I was forcing myself to watch it, I stopped after the first season, though. The flashy colors hurt my eyes two and the music is overrated.... :)

lmao what? are you aware of what i even said? i said MC's with multiple girls liking them. and yeah, there are girls who do like rin. having two girls like kousei counts as multiple too.

Ugh, I hate it when that happens. The guy just needs to pick the one he truly loves and all the fangirls need to move on.
