Transforming real person to a virtual one

I saw a Video of some1 transforming their Mom to widowmaker with Photoshop and i tried that out.

Not with my mom tho. the one on the Video xd

Doesnt look as awesome as they did but i tried xD. Is my first time i do something like that so im proud.
 
Pretty good, has a lot of detail in it. If I were to suggest one thing it would be not to trace over things. Tracing images doesn't really improve your art work a whole lot, and you'll get a lot better by referencing from it. Don't worry, tracing doesn't make you a bad artist or anything - there's a lot of stigma attached to it - but I think it'd be better to reference in the future. Also please don't argue that it's "not traced" because you can clearly see the woman's hand overlapped on your colour layer, with faint opacity.

i do know. This is supposed to transform someone. In other words, editing the picture. Not painting them. I usually don't trace. It was my goal to edit the picture, not to make a new one, But thanks.
