Murder /givecoins or /tradecoins

What do you mean with this?Real money for coins? I just don't understand how this can be possible.
$20 for 2,000,000 coins and bleh. Person has 2m coins player pays 20$ for the 2m coins. Basically one of those grindy phone games that allows you to pay money for in game stuff
You dont need to pay real money, and if someone is trying to give you money for coins or vice versa, you can decline...
Yet look at the EULA this won't be allowed because it's a way to gain profit for in game advantages.
It might start out fine yet once in a while someone will sell someone coins for money. Just because you think it won't happen doesn't mean it won't.

It doesnt apply to me or my statement. This will happen might take forever or a instant yet will happen. They would pay over paypal any place where you can transfer money. Yet in game you transfer the coins. It can be easily scammed so yea. Yet the possibility of it happening is there.

My server features a currency that you can earn through gameplay, but which can also be bought for hard currency. Is that OK?
Soft currencies that are earned in-game are fine, but you cannot sell in-game currency for hard currency. Hybrid/dual currency systems are not allowed.

This was a question answered in a Q&A with mojang. Soft currency means money earned in game and hard currency means real money such as $ or £. Not certain if this question applies to this suggestion since it's more server based. Only players can gain the coins and sell them?
 
It means we cant have a way to convert coins to real money via our network. The suggestion is to allow players to pass the soft currency to other players, this is not a EULA issue. I dont like the idea of players being able to give other players coins to purchase things, where is the achievement in that!

I see no good reason to implement this.

Maybe we could have like a /givecoins or /tradecoins like /givecoins [player] [amount].
I know a lot of friends that have everything maxed out and have nothing left to do with those coins, so they could give them to people as like a gift. If you don't agree, that is fine, its just a suggestion anyway.
This would be pretty useful to some players, and it can't be that hard to implement, right?
