I donated my hair!

So for the past 6 or so years, I've been growing my hair out (because I looked like a singer from the beetles with short hair) and finally I decided to get it cut! I'm donating 53cm (20.8 inches) of my hair to a children's trust fund, that make wigs out of hair to give to children who have cancer and subsequently lost their hair.

Wow that is amazing! It looks great, and it's sweet of you to donate it to such a wonderful cause!

Pure respect to you for being brave to cut that much hair off, I could never do that lol. Also pure respect for doing it for such an amazing cause. Looks good :)
 
Dizzeh, this is so amazing. You have beautiful hair and you're really brave for cutting off almost 21 inches. My hair is a little over 24 inches long and I don't think I would be brave enough to cut it. And you're even donating it to a child's trust fund which is madly respectable. I loved your hair before, but I think a pixie cut looks good on you, keep slaying girl. ❤

So proud of you! Funny thing is I just did the same thing a few days ago! My hair used to be long and now its pretty short bc I wasn't told how many inches, if they did i'm dumb and don't remember but I cut it off and donated, its such a great feeling! I do miss my long hair but it was worth cutting it short

Yea, I would definitely cut mine that short to donate but the only problem is that I have a lopsided head and so whenever my hair is up in a ponytail or when it was short, you could tell my head was lopsided. With my 2 feet long hair, my head almost looks normal. xD
 
I remember doing this a few years back, I really hated doing it because I look terrible with short hair, but I was forced to cut it. I decided to donate it, so that was probably the only plus that came from it, along with me feeling pretty good about myself.
