We've recently made a series of changes throughout the last couple of days in order to improve lobby performance, while also adding some additional features.

Remember: these developer logs only show what we have recently implemented and not what we've been secretly working on behind the scenes. There's super awesome content being formed with magic wands for this Summer, so prepare yourselves!

CHANGELOG:

- Lobbies have been optimized to now lag significantly less.
- Lobbies now restart every 24 hours to keep them squeaky clean.
- You are now able to talk to people across all lobbies in global chat (Experimental Feature*)
- Lobby sorting has been further developed for players to be spread better across all lobbies that are online, now skipping those that are unavailable so you don't get kicked.
- Prizes from the 2017 egg hunt have now finally been given out, check your pet menu for a fluffy surprise!
- Various Creative bug fixes

-> Fixed some random errors that would pop up in console, possibly causing people to not be able to build on plots that they are added to
-> Fixed an issue with opening, closing, privatizing and publicizing your plot (aka using "/plot add/remove *" or "/plot deny/undeny *")
-> Fixed an error that may have caused some plots to not be loaded properly


*Changes that are marked as experimental are a test and may be removed or edited at the discretion of the development team.

The changes are amazing, I have a small review for you!

  • Lobby Sorting > This is so great, since I play on PartyZone a lot, this feature does help lag, but how can we help creative by using a alike method?
  • Various Creative Bug Fixes > What were they? This was a vague description. Tell me more!
  • Talk Across Lobbies > This is great for finding friends if a player doesn't know the /friend join command!

We've actually looked into this quite a bit and we have been for a while. We're trying to figure out the best way to do it so that you can still do things like TPA to a friend, even if they're on a different creative server (which is *much* harder than you may think)

Sure thing!

When significant changes happen there'll be a log about it to keep you all up to date, however we're working on larger projects behind the scenes that you'll only know about when it comes to things such as premium testing ;)

This Friday I'll be finishing school for long Summer so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to raising PartyZone up along with the other developers! Naturally, that'll probably mean weekly changes.

"Premium Testing", Does that mean that us Ranked players gets to beta test new games? ;)
