I believe, with Teamplayer gone, we could use another (Co)Owner.

I mean, there isn't an immediate need for more than one owner, it seems to be more of a joke right about now "oh <Admin name here> for owner!"

I think there's more to adding another owner than just having an opening...
If PZ is like a business, owners are holders of equal shares of the company, each with a vote on how it is run.
When Teamplayer resigned he would have sold his share to Gigo making him the sole owner.
Gigo is the only one in charge of the shares, and the server now.
You don't let that power go because 'there's an opening.'
What I'm saying is PZ needs a while to find itself before adding more owners.
Also Gamer would need to know what running the server entails.
Probably coding, and a business license.

I mean, I can see why they say it, GamerGuts was one of the original owners until she resigned and came back as CM/Admin, but you bring up multiple good points.
