Forums A better way to communicate with people

I would kind of like a better way of communicating with others on the forums. Something like a short message thing rather than the whole conversation box. I feel this would make it easier to chat with others because you wouldn't have to fill in the conversation box. You could just click chat, a little box comes up with "type your text" and you can just send messages across quickly.

I'm not sure how good that sounds or if you get what I mean. But thanks for reading at least

Love the drawing but I was thinking like it could just be in tabs on the side and you could open it and talk and move onto someone else quickly. So I guess its kinda like that. But hey its cool if you think its fine, I got no more to say.

Do you mean you could click on someone's name and press "quick message" or something and a text box comes up which you can send a quick message to them, rather than having to go onto an entire new page just to talk to someone?

I think this is to have something more private, but still small and short. ;P

I mean, it could ve, especially if you're part of big groups.
But i still can see a few cons.

I completely agree with this suggestion! It's like the messages you send on Roblox. (Yes I know, cringe) It's fast to type (just like posting one each other's profile pages) but private (just like a normal conversation but quicker)

Thanks for the support, I just thought it might be fast private and less of a hassle to use than a conversation.

Great, great idea. Huge +1.
Conversations are hard to use if you want a quick, fast, and easy chat. When the other person/people are typing, you have to reload the page which is very annoying.
