i cant find the staff applications why is this?
 
At the moment it seems Staff positions are unavailable. All except Builder. My guess is that there are already ALOT of Helpers and that may be why the Helper application section is no longer there.

Only VIPs and above can access the applications, and since your aren't VIP on the forums, you can't access them. An admin is currently working on a linking system that will automatically link your in-game rank to your forum profile. Meanwhile, please be patient, it shouldn't be too long! Also, applications moved to a new tab that you can see next to FORUM and MEMBERS.

how do i become VIP on the server?

Click on the Store Tab. Click on Ranks. Write your username when it asks you to. Under VIP, it says Buy. Click on that and fill in your credit card information and all that stuff needed to buy online.
