Lack of Interest A Head Mod

Getting a new Head-Mod would be good because Kirstee already got promoted, and also it can give Kirstee a break from being "The Staff Manager"

They recently got rid of the HMod rank and replaced it with SrMod (Look at the mod section on forums to see who they are) and SrMods do the same thing as the HMod rank.

I disagree. They have senior mods, which do the same thing as Hmods.

Kirsty is already "the hmod". She has support from her team of 7 Senior Moderators. Sorry, but there really is no need for this.
