Theme song - Ellie from The Last Of Us' version of "Through The Valley".
If you havn't heard of The Last Of Us, it's surposed to be one of the best games of all time, it's an apocalyptic game like my last story Himura Sanzo. But this has an emotional storyline that gets you linked in.
The actual story contains swear words. But since I'm not allowed to use them on here, I'll be using replacement words like 'damn' and 'crap' so, idk, but if you want you can replace those words with words you think would actually go there, but tbh i don't recommend it.

"Hey, Sakai!" A.j ran along the street
"Oh, hey." Sakai stood on Mandy's doorstep. "You knock"
"WHY ME!?" A.j glared at him. "''Cause." Sakai replied
"Ugh fine, I'll just do it then.." Sakai goes to knock on the door

*Mandy opens the door just as Sakai goes to knock hardly..*
*mandy gets punched right in the stomach, she moves backwards.*
"WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?" Mandy screeched
"I-I DIDN'T MEAN TO!" Sakai waved his hands around
"S-SORRY.. What did you want us here for, Mandy..?" A.J says softly
"...Get in" Mandy closed the door behind them.
"There's a kid upstairs, she was running past the house screaming so i got her inside. She says her parents died, she said she's 4.." Mandy looks up the stairs a bit.
"..A 4-year-old said that?" A.j looked confused.
"It's a bit compact for a 4-year-old to know, right? or do you think he saw this happen?" Sakai is confused too.
"It's a she, Sakai." A.j looked at Mandy while telling him this.
Mandy nods. "Come on, I'll take you upstairs, i think you guys should talk to her, i hate kids."
"..Oh, Ok." Sakai looks at A.j and shrugs. "It'll have to be one at a time, right?"
"What do you mean?" A.j looks back at Sakai, confused
"If this kid has seen what they said had happened, like seeing their parents die, they must be traumatised." Sakai explained. Mandy goes in to the lounge and looks out the window. "Guys, get in here, now.."
Sakai and A.J walk in to the lounge, Both shocked when they look out the window to see many lifeless bodies walking past the house outside, growing a fungus-like substance from their skulls.
"MOMMY, DADDY!" The little girl ran down the stairs and pounded on the doors. The 'Monsters' heard.
"CRAP, GRAB HER!" Mandy shouted at them. Mandy shoved her back against the door. Sakai ran and picked her up, the girl screamed and struggled but he just kept hold of her against her will.
Mandy jumped quickly from the door as the monsters broke in, just as the 4 of them got to the kitchen. A.J and Mandy blocked the door by pushing the fridge in the way, they then ran out of the back door and jumped the fence, then ran the rest of the way to the station.
They weren't far from the station, when a wall of barbed wire got in their way. Mandy grabbed a part that wasn't sharp and managed to lean on it to jump over.
"WHAT ARE YOU LOT DOING!?" Some soldiers ran down the road behind them.
"DAMN IT! MANDY GRAB HER!" Sakai tried to get the girl over the fence to Mandy, but instead she turned around and ran the rest of the way to the station.
"MANDY YOU TRAITOR!" Sakai shouted, A.J Shook nervously,
"C-COME ON!" A.j grabbed Sakai and Sakai still carried the little girl, who was now crying. A.J dragged him to the left until they reached the corner of the fence, where there was a hole. The soldiers were gaining on them. They squeezed through the small hole that somebody had dug under the fence, that slowed the soldiers down. They met up with Mandy again. Sakai gave the girl to A.J and slapped Mandy, they were on the train platform, and they had lost track of the soldiers.
"YOU DITCHED US!" Sakai shouted at Mandy.
"BE THANKFUL YOU GOT OUTTA THERE ALIVE, KID!" Mandy crossed her arms, the train came down the track about 10 minutes away, but they could still see it. The 'Monsters' has gotten hold of the soldiers, the monsters were now reaching inside the fence, but they couldn't get in.
Sakai and A.J stayed quiet, the little girl cried on to A.J's shirt, They were trying to get her to not look at what was happening to where they had lived.
The train pulls up.
The train driver screams at them to get on quickly, as one slow 'monster' manager to get under the fence.
The door closes, Mandy goes down one way of the train, and the other three go down the other way.
"You not coming down here?" Mandy turns and glares at them.
"...We would have before.. But not after that stunt you just pulled back there." Sakai glared back.
"See you, Mandy." Sakai, A.j, and the little girl all went to the very right of the train, and Mandy went to the very left, once they got off the train, Mandy and the group parted ways.
