So basically there are Some super volcanoes around the world ( Yellowstone Caldera, Long Valley Caldera , Valles Caldera , Lake Toba, Taupo Caldera , And Aira Caldera. ) And that got me thinking , What would you do if One of them Erupts (BTW all these volcanoes are rankes VEI 8 = Apocalyptic so basically no matter where You are You might die due to ash or something). I would probably Go to the moon with my friends , school , WHOLE family , and animals , food , and other things , so we can start our new civilization there.

It'd be very unlikely to get to a safe place on the moon. For one, you need a way to get the animals to survive, as well as how to feed them and yourselves. The moon's surface is incompatible for planting any sort of food, so we would have to somehow get enough dirt to the moon to create a large amount of space for farming, as well as somehow managing with the gravity to make living there work. Then you'd still have the issue of growing the plants, as we'd have to have some sort of light to help the plants glow. The major issue, as well, would be oxygen. We cannot live without oxygen, and we cannot grow plants on the moon without oxygen either. If a super volcano suddenly erupts, and people do somehow make it to the moon, land, and try and settle, it would most likely be a failure as it wouldn't be compatible enough with the sudden colonization of the moon's surface.
If a super volcano did happen to erupt, which is, fortunately, extremely unlikely to happen, you would have to just quickly get away from the radius of the ash from the volcano (If the Yellowstone volcano erupted, your aim would be to head extremely south towards Mexico and South America, as the ash would disrupt electronics and air travel by making it impossible to see, or towards the east for a better chance of going away from the US, as the ash would essentially hit every state. The ash, however, most likely won't make its way over the entire world, so it's better to get away from the US and head towards another country.
Like Killerzombie said, the ash would most likely make things extremely cold, however going towards the volcano is not a good idea. The ash will basically be covering everything the closer you get to it, as well as the lava that the super volcano would send out and making things extremely worse.
Fortunately, the chances of a super volcano exploding is extremely, extremely rare and unlikely to happen. It's like expecting a large asteroid to come and strike the earth; it's unlikely to happen, so preparations for smaller things [in this case, smaller volcano eruptions] would be more ideal to focus on.
