Yet, it has still not come.
MCPZ has not replied to my email and I have just been waiting and waiting for my purchase to finally work.
I just want to let you know this problem is still occurring and feedback would be appreciated.

if you haven't linked your account it won't show up. While on the server, you need to do /link (your email you used to register for the forums)

You actually don't need to link your account for it to show up, While Purchasing the item you will be asked to put your Minecraft IGN so that the purchased Item can go straight to your account in PZ, Either this is a problem or The player must have mispelled his/her IGN ( I mispelled once and I lost $60 rip )
