maybe a /staff list to see who's on which is basically an NPC version of an DCU (Data Carrying Unit) that automatically does the same thing as /f list except this shows the staff only, all of them. it doesn't need to show where they are either, maybe instead of that it can say Available or Unavailable or AFK

There is currently a /staff command to see where staff are and who's online, but it's only available to staff.

Sometimes we do. Helpers may need Mod to help with Creative etc.

well it's still more of a use to the public than it is to you guys. Helpers do need it I agree but they need it for the same reason as everyone on PZ who finds a hacker
