Ok I don't know if this is allowed to be fixed but I was rank 23 in massacre and I was about to shoot the murderer but someone thought it was a good idea to stand in front of my shot and now I'm iron ((((((( is that fixable by any staff?

Sadly i don't Believe that can be fixed. I know it sucks when it happens but there is no way of fixing it!

No, they don't fix it. This wasn't a glitch or a bug, therefore they are not responsible. Just be careful when firing your gun.
