How do you get ranks on forums? Hoe many likes and comments??

Ranks? Like partier and active partier? Earn trophies, by posting, getting likes, joining in beta (not available any more), having party in your name etc. If you mean like VIP, do /link <email you used for forums>

No, it will let you apply. You need 25 points to apply, and that's it, more points won't do anything.
