I am staff on another server, and they make me look bad, for lots of things, does this make it harder to apply? They tend to hack people.

Just being staff on that server will not affect your chances of applying for helper here as long as you did not contribute to things such as hacking players. If they did hack your account (and you were punished for it), that may affect your chances if you were punished frequently due to that- though it would be worth noting in the "Anything else?" question of the application. Otherwise, just being staff on the server would not affect your chances, as long as you resign from staff there if you are accepted as a helper applicant.
