Hi! I'm an italian youtuber with a +130k channel, recently me and my group have begun to post videos on the "murder" minigame, can I apply for the youtuber rank?

I think you have enough subscribers to get the youtube rank
but however I'm not sure about the rest of the requirements (If there are any that is)
