I don't know what this is. I don't know if it's a "game" (if so, please relocate this thread.) or not. So basically, you can quote any vine and tag somebody and say why this vine explains them. (Any cussing such as: "Don't frick with me I have the power of god and anime on my side HEYAAAAAAH" use another proper term for it, please. Thank you.) And make sure they're appropriate.
