I'm maybe thinking about sending in an application for helper in the future, but I have a few questions.

What kind of recording software would you recommend? Would I still be able to join rps and hang out with my friends?
 
We recommend a good recording software, Windows DVR is pretty good if you have the superior operating system. Bandicam is also used by a lot of our staff as a free software.

Yes, staff are allowed to do everything players can. They simply must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.
