How do you put your username and head on your profile thing when you post? I'm pretty sure you need a rank, and I have VIP. Do you need VIP+ and higher?

You do not need VIP+ or higher to do this. In order to link your forums account with Partyzone, you need to do /link <email used to sign up on the forums> in-game and it should link it. However, this can take up to a few days so don't worry if it doesn't come straight away!
