Why do most players who apply for helper get the same response as other people? It makes it look like the Headmods don't make much effort when replying to players who get denied.

Everyone get's denied for a varied amount of reasons, and they're unable to explain what's wrong as it can help them answer the questions, which is slightly along the lines of 'cheating' in some way, as it's not your own knowledge. Their response to denied users are mostly the same, as there's nothing much to say rather than; "You've been denied, you're able to re-apply again after two months." They're not all the same though, as the HMods replies are custom.
